I would describe the staff as willing and able to help provide adequate care for our loved one. This facility was really good with mom, they helped her so much. My mom was resistant to moving at first, but really did end up loving... This facility is a nice place, I'm pretty satisfied with it. It's always clean and the staff is always friendly.
In the last report by the CQC from September 2018, the facility received an overall rating of good. Outdoor activities such as gardening and days out, for example visits to Arundel Wetlands Centre and South Downs Historical Estate. An example activities plan can be provided by our dedicated Activities Co-ordinator upon request. We had some issues in the beginning, but things are getting all worked out as time goes on.
